This Privacy Policy describes the limited information processed in our no-login global Web3 platform service that provides ownership of domain spaces (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

2. No-Login Service and Minimal Information Collection Principle

We provide blockchain-based services that do not require login and do not collect the following personal information:

Payment information (not stored)
Cookie-based user tracking information

3. Information We Process

We process only the following minimal information necessary for service provision:

Domain space ownership issuance information unrelated to personal information
Additional information such as order numbers for payment processing
Blockchain wallet addresses used for domain space ownership transactions
Public transaction records on the blockchain network (transaction IDs)
One-time payment processing IDs (not stored)

This information is used solely for technical service provision and transaction verification, and we do not store it separately or link it to users' identities.

4. Purpose of Personal Information Processing

The Company uses the collected technical information only for the following purposes:

Service failure response and technical problem resolution
Transaction verification and blockchain network integration

8. Destruction of Personal Information

Technical information processed temporarily is immediately destroyed after achieving the purpose of service provision.

9. Characteristics of Blockchain Information

Information recorded on the blockchain cannot be changed or deleted due to the nature of distributed ledger technology and may be stored permanently.

Due to the characteristics of blockchain, the following information is permanently recorded on the corresponding blockchain network:

Domain space ownership issuance and transaction records
Transaction details between wallet addresses
Smart contract execution records

Users are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to these characteristics when trading domain space ownership.

10. Users' Rights and Exercise Methods

Since this service does not collect personal information, separate procedures for personal information access, correction/deletion, or processing suspension requests are not necessary

11. Protection of Children's Personal Information

Our service is not intended for children under 14 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children, and if we discover that a child's personal information has been collected, we will immediately take deletion measures.

We do not transfer personal information abroad in principle. However, due to the nature of blockchain networks, transaction information may be distributed and stored on global networks.

We may provide relevant information only when there are court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful legal requests.

17. Revision of Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies. When there are additions, deletions, or modifications to the content, we will notify users through service announcements at least 7 days in advance.

However, when significant changes affecting user rights occur, such as changes in the items of personal information collected or purposes of use, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance and obtain user consent again when necessary.

18. Protection of Digital Assets Upon Service Termination

Even upon service termination, the ownership of domain spaces held by users will be permanently recorded and maintained on the blockchain network, and users can trade these digital assets through other platforms or secondary markets.

We will notify users at least 30 days before the scheduled service termination date and provide guidance on methods for transferring digital assets.

19. Miscellaneous

Due to the nature of our no-login service, we do not collect information that can identify individuals.
Even during the process of users purchasing domain space ownership, the Company does not store payment information, and all transactions are processed directly through the blockchain network.
Domain space ownership is a right to digital space unrelated to actual registered real estate and does not grant actual real estate ownership or legal rights.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to personal information are subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.

This Privacy Policy takes effect from July 1, 2025.
